How to edit the Footer area

To be able to make changes to the footer, you should first locate the exact theme areas and adjust the right elements. Below is a screenshot with all Footer customizable areas.

This is the theme footer registered menu. This menu is imported with each demo install. You should be able to make changes to it in Appearance > Menus > select the “Footer Menu” from the dropdown.

The social icons can be configured in Theme Options > Business Info panel.

Both the Footer menu (1) and Footer Social Icons (2) are a part of the Footer Bar area. This area can be hidden in Theme Options > Footer > Footer Settings > Footer Bar > turn it ON/OFF.

Once you’re logged in, head over to Appearance > Widgets. From here, you will see all the widgets used with your theme including widgets for sidebars, page elements, and the website footer. To edit the footer widgets check with “Footer first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth widget area” locations:

Customizing the Footer widget area – to make changes to the general appearance of the Footer widget areas like changing the size of the widget section or select the text alignment, navigate to Theme Options > Footer > Footer Widgets. The full list of options can also be viewed here.

This text can be changed in Theme Options > Footer > Footer Copyright. HTML markup can be used in this section. See the example below on how to add a link to the Copyright area.

Customizing the Footer area – to make changes to the general appearance of the Footer Area like changing text and background colors, navigate to Theme Options > Footer > Footer Settings. The full list of options can also be viewed here.
